We do not ask for and do not want sensitive data. If you tell us about a health or mobility need so that we can serve you properly, we use it only for that trip and delete it afterwards.
Who else sees it
The driver and, on guided tours, the guide, see only what is needed for your trip. Beyond that, your data reaches our e-mail and hosting provider, our booking system, Stripe as payment provider, and our accountant. They act as processors under written agreements and may not use your data for anything else. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.
If you booked through Viator, Tripadvisor, Headout or another agent, that company is a separate controller for the data you gave them. Their own privacy policy applies to it.
How long we keep it
Booking correspondence is kept for two years after the trip so we can handle questions and complaints. Accounting records are kept for five years plus the current year, as Danish bookkeeping rules require. Requests that never became bookings are deleted after six months.
Transfers outside the EU
Our providers process data inside the EU or EEA. Where a provider uses servers outside it, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to hello@ridenord.dk and we answer within one month. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.
Confirm the list of processors (hosting, e-mail, Stripe, accountant) before this goes live.
