The price is agreed before you travel and is per vehicle, not per person. Tolls, bridge fees and parking are included, so the price stays the same in rush hour, in the rain or if the route takes longer.
Meet and greet
At Copenhagen Airport your driver meets you in the arrivals hall of Terminal 3. It is the airport’s only arrivals hall, directly after baggage claim and customs. The driver holds a sign with your name and helps with the luggage to the car.
Flights are monitored, so the driver is there at the actual landing time, also when the flight is early or late.

Frequently asked questions
Company accounts
Can we pay by monthly invoice?
Yes. Once a company account is agreed in writing, every trip goes on one monthly invoice with eight days’ payment term. Single bookings can be paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What happens when a flight is delayed?
Flights are monitored and the pick-up is adjusted to the actual arrival. The first 60 minutes of waiting at the airport are complimentary, counted from the actual landing time.
Can we change or cancel a booking?
Changes are free as long as a car is available. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Can you run several cars for an event?
Yes. Vehicles are scheduled against your programme or arrival list, with a single point of contact on the day.
Where do you drive?
Copenhagen and the whole Capital Region, Zealand, Malmö and Lund across the bridge, and long distance to Billund on request.
Is VAT added to the price?
No. Passenger transport is exempt from Danish VAT, so the price we quote is the price on the invoice.
